Dear Parents,

Republic Day commemorates the day when India became a Republic. Grades I to II  will celebrate Republic Day on Monday, 25th January and they can enjoy the national festival at home on the 26th as there will be no school for them on that day.

The students from Grades III to IX must report to school on 26th January dressed neatly in their school uniform.

The timings for the day will be 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Please Note: The bus service will not be available on that day, so you are requested to drop and pick up your ward from school. Snacks will be provided.

Dear Parents,

Entertainment at The Universal School always has an ‘Edutainment’ element to it. In the new year, we have planned a special Children’s Day Out for our students. On Friday, 22nd  January 2016, the students of the Pre-primary Section and Grades 1 and 2 will be spending the day at KidZania, a global, educational theme park and will participate in real role-playing activities which promise an inspiring, motivating, fun experience.

Please Note:

• Students should come dressed in their PE attire and carry only a water bottle.

• For Pre-primary students: – Reporting time to school: 8:00 a.m. Dispersal time from school: 2:15 p.m.

• For Grades 1 and 2 students – Reporting time to school: 8:00 a.m. Dispersal time from school: 4:30 p.m.

• Buses will ply only in the morning for the pick up.The parents will need to pick up their ward from the school at the time of dispersal.

• Snacks and lunch will be provided to the students.

Visit To The Zoo – Pre-primary Section

The New Year begins with an outdoor learning experience. The Pre-primary Section will be visiting the Jijamata Udyaan, in Byculla on Thursday, 14th January 2016 during school hours. The students should be dressed in their school PE attire and carry their water bottles. Snacks will be served.
