Dear Parents,

We are all proud of our roots and our mother tongue forms an integral part of the same. We are celebrating Mother Tongue Day on Thursday, 18th February 2016. A day when our students will share about their respective mother tongue with their peers in the following way:

Pre-primary section – Students to share the basic greetings / a short poem in their mother tongue. Please do send the translations with them for the same.

Primary section (Grades 1 & 2) – The students will have an Elocution Competition, wherein they should recite a poem or share a short story in their mother tongue. Please do send the translations with them for the same. Do share your poems and stories with the class teacher by Tuesday 9th February.

We encourage a sense of individuality amidst diversity in our students at Universal with these International day celebrations.

Our Best,

Authorised Personnel
