Dear Parents,
There are many ways to enlarge a child’s world, the love of books is one of them. We cannot emphasise enough on the importance of reading and the influence books have on the minds of young readers.
As a part of the Literary Week in the month of February, the school has organised a host of events for the students to inculcate in them the joy of reading.
Grade 1 – Interactive story telling session to take them into the wonderful world of books.
Grades 2 to 7 – Meet an award winning author as they engage with characters from a story and explore new books.
The school’s continued efforts with endeavours like the Library Enrichment Programme and the Literary Week along with the perseverance of parents at home to encourage students to read will surely contribute to the blossoming of Universal Readers.
