Dear Parents,

India’s most precious resource is its forests and ecosystems, the destruction of which is happening at an exponential rate. And now, the consequences have caught up with us. We need to take fast and fervent action towards restoring our forests and green cover by widespread plantation drives across the country.

The Universal School is part of ‘The ETST Changemaker Schools of Excellence network’, under the auspices of ‘Initiatives of Change’, a global movement working towards social change through personal change.

The first step of this collaboration is a Tree Plantation Drive that will help increase the forest cover of the city. The plantation drive will be held on Saturday, 27th July 2019 at The Ram Ratna International School, Bhayendar. During the plantation drive, students of both the schools will plant saplings and pledge towards a greener Earth.
